Everyone is welcome to join us on our runs, even if you have never run before! Our running schedule is here for you now. We do many team runs throughout the year. The TC 10km, HBC 10km,Run for the Cure 5km,and the Royal Victoria half Marathon. We are now taking a short break. TUESDAY Time: TBA Location: The Fresh Fitness Company at Evergreen Mall1140-6660 Sooke Road Type: Junk run This is a short run 3km-5km. This is also a chance to share progress, to encourage each other.
