Fresh Fitness Opens in the Garage of Kristen and Dean Lindal providing great classes and a friendly environment.

Members of Fresh Fitness and friends run 10 K race to support Canadian Athletes. The course was a scenic run along Dallas Road overlooking the Olympic Mountains and finishing up in front of the Victoria Parliament Buildings. A fun mid morning brunch was had by all at Moxies following the race!

Members of Fresh Fitness were out in force to provide a Fitness Demonstration in Downtown Sooke British Columbia Canada. A great time was had by all!

Fresh Fitness heads out to Support Navy 10 K

The Fresh Fitness Team and Friends were out to support the Navy 10 K Run on the weekend. The event attracted over 100 Runners and took participants through what could only be described as a very hilly and painful race course through the Navy Base and streets of Esquimault. Kristen Lindal, Tara Poirier, Brad Williams, Laura Byrne, Dean Lindal, Brad Williams and Boyd made the trek.

The team finished up with a great meal at Red Robbin where towers of Onion Rings, and Burgers were a reward for a job well done.

Kristen Lindal was featured in the Sooke News Paper. The feature was for the Women in Business in Sooke. Other clients featured included Heidi Lippa owner of Sharkie's Hair Salon on Sooke Road.
