DESCRIPTIONS

BODY SHAPING - Strength Training using body bars, hand weights, balls, bands

CARDIO BLAST - Hi or Low impact workout

CARDIO DANCE - Fun dance moves to music IE: Jazz, Hip Hop, Burlesque

INTERVAL TRAINING - Combination of weights and cardio

BOOTCAMP - Outdoor and challenging, suitable for all. Running/power walking/Stairs Push-ups. Will make modifications for those with varying levels of fitness.

SPINNING - A total body workout. Burns lots of calories. Members $8 per class. Non members $12 per class

KINDERGYM - Parents can drink coffee while preschoolers jump and play with miniture gym equipment ,and tumbling mats. Parental supervision may be required for younger children. Inquire about pricing

MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS

1.POWER MEMBERSHIP
18 month term $55 per month plus GST. Membership comes with free Gift Bag (Limited quantity) including MP3 Player (while supplies last).

2.POWER CHILDCARE MEMBERSHIP
18 month term $100 per month plus GST. Extra children $10 a child per month. Childcare option comes with gift bag including MP3 player (while supplies last).

3.YEARLY GET FIT MEMBERSHIP
12 month term at $60 per month plus GST with gift bag

4.YEARLY GET FIT CHILDCARE MEMBERSHIP
12 month term at $100 per month plus GST with childcare with gift bag. Extra children $10 per child per month.

5.COUPLE MEMBERSHIP OR PARENT/CHILD MEMBERSHIP
12 month term at $99 per month plus GST.

6. STUDENT RATES
3 month term at $45 per month plus GST (High School Students)3 month term at $40 per month plus GST (Middle School Students)

*3 month membership $90 a month plus GST paid in full on sign up *6 month membership $75 a month plus GST paid in full on sign up.

There is a $50 administration fee for all new contracts.

Drop in is $12 plus GST
