Energy First Breakfast Blender

In a blender combine:
1 scoop of Energy First Chocolate or Vanilla protein powder
1-2 tablespoons of nut butter (peanut is the best) or 1 tablespoon of flax oil or ground flaxseed
1 frozen cut up banana (I find it's tastes great frozen instead of fresh)
1/2 cup of milk or water and a little bit of ice for thickness
1/2 cup plain yogurt (costco has a great organic plain yogurt under 5 grams of fat)
Blend on high speed...
Drink :)
This is also a great breakfast shake and you can add 1/4 cup of uncooked oats for a little more carbs..especially at breakfast when you need more carbs..
