Chicken Souvlaki

Here is a great recipe that will impress everyone.
Chicken Souvlaki
4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup of virgin olive oil
1/2 cup of lemon juice
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp black pepper
4-3 cloves of garlic crushed
Marinate over night and grill on the BBQ. You can use Pork, Beef ,Fish, Prawns, or vegetables.
Serve with Greek Potatoes, rice or a salad.Serve with Tzatziki. Easy to make Shredded cucumber, crushed garlic and some dried dill in Yogurt.
