The company launched in 2006 has a loyal following through our Fitness Studio in Sooke, British Columbia Canada on the pristine West Coast where the Rain Forest meets the Sea.

The founder of The Fresh Fitness Company is Kristen Lindal. A mother of 5, Kristen is a graduate of the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and has been in the fitness industry for over 15 years. She has developed a caring and supportive approach to Fitness which is evident by the testimonials of members.

One of the key ingredients to becoming healthier is having a vision of where you want to go. The following are some quick fitness tips to provide a sampling.
BEGIN WITH THE END IN MIND
One of the basic strategies to achieving a healthy lifestyle and fitness is to set goals. We believe you begin with the end in mind.
Something called Endpoint Visualization. You start with a piece of white paper and put your name in the middle and draw a circle around it. You then say to yourself what would I like to look like or be in 1 years time. This could be as simple as "having more energy" or losing 20 pounds...or having more time, or being a better mother or becoming financial secure.
Through this process which is a called a mindmap you will develop your ideal picture of where you want to be in 1 years time. From there you then begin a process of setting a few measurable goals.
As an example it could be as simple as "Working out 3 times a week in a peer group"
Studies have shown that those who write their goals down are more likely to achieve them. In addition if you paint the picture in your mind of where you want to be and reflect on it often this will act as a catalyst to get you there.
Coupled with a good support group you are on your way.
